Our company is seeking a reliable remote IT assistant to help support internal systems and equipment. This is a part-time, remote role involving basic technical tasks and system monitoring. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic technical checks and system monitoring
- Ensure assigned equipment remains online and connected
- Perform simple troubleshooting steps when requested
- Communicate with our technical team as needed
- Follow documented procedures and instructions
Requirements
- Reliable and responsible
- Basic computer familiarity
- Stable home internet connection
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- No advanced technical experience required (training provided)
Time Commitment
- Approximately 1–3 hours per day
